Not too dry as to cause any dust and not too wet that our wheels would get stuck. It was nice to see just a bit of snow left on the ground in certain spots.

The hospitality there is astounding. We took a surfing lesson, rode a canoe, watched a few hula shows and even had a chance to try out some genuine Hawaiian food at a luau. They say ono out there, it means delicious. The Kalua Pig is to die for and be sure to stop by for a lava flow cocktail at Dukes. Its a little spot on Waikiki beach, great for an evening cocktail. One of the most memorable aspects was when we treated ourselves to a massage in Honolulu. It was awesome, super relaxing and well deserved after a hard years work.
